FAQ

How do I earn Event Stars in Build An Ant Empire?
Event Stars drop from egg rolls you perform at the Ant Queen while the Starfall event is live. Normal roll sessions double as star farming — there is no separate event mode to join.
What rewards does the Starfall event give?
The event track exchanges accumulated stars for limited star rewards, headlined by the Star Egg (which hatches Star-family ants). The in-game Robux shop also sells a Starfall pass that accelerates the event, plus direct purchases of the Star Egg, Star Ant and Starwing Ant.
How often does Starfall run?
The game does not publish a fixed schedule. Community observation ties event windows to game updates and seasonal pushes — watch the official Insect Kingdom studio group and Discord for announcements, as the game updates frequently.

Starfall is the event skin Build An Ant Empire wears over its core loop: while the event window is open, every egg roll at the Ant Queen drops Event Stars, and stars buy limited rewards — the Star Egg chief among them. Nothing about your normal play changes; the event simply pays a second currency on top of it. This guide covers the full loop, the reward track, the paid accelerator, and how to clear the track efficiently.

The event loop

  1. Roll eggs as usual. Stars drop from rolls during the event window — the same rolls you fund with surplus Cash per the roll budget rules.
  2. Collect Event Stars. Drops accrue as you hatch; no separate claim step.
  3. Exchange on the reward track. Stars convert into limited star rewards while the event lasts; the Star Egg is the headline item.
  4. Beat the clock. The window closes, the track goes away, and star-dependent rewards return only when the event returns.

The reward track

The track mixes consumable and permanent rewards, with the Star Egg as the marquee exchange. Two things to internalize before spending stars:

  • Scan the whole track first. Limited rewards vary per run of the event; know your options before emptying your star bank on the first tempting item.
  • The Egg is usually the buy. Star-family ants (Star Ant, Starwing line) are event-exclusive — track consumables come back, those ants’ availability windows do not.

The Starfall pass (paid accelerator)

The Robux shop sells the Starfall pass, which accelerates the event track, alongside direct purchases of the Star Egg, Star Ant and Starwing Ant. The pass suits players mid-event who want the track cleared faster; direct item purchases suit players who want one specific thing without the grind. Prices move between updates — the in-game shop is the live source of truth.

Stacking the event with boosts

The compounding chain, in one window:

  1. Bank surplus Cash and a full Egg Rolls bar while waiting for the event.
  2. Redeem an active Cash-boost code — 15 minutes of multiplied income.
  3. Mass-roll: stars drop, ants hatch.
  4. Deploy fresh ants immediately so the boost multiplies their Food income for the rest of the window.

Every layer feeds the next: boost funds rolls, rolls drop stars and ants, ants earn the income that funds the next session.

Does the schedule repeat?

No official calendar exists. Community patterns tie event windows to update pushes and seasonal moments — the game shipped an update as recently as October 10, 2026, and events of this type tend to ride those waves. Watch the Insect Kingdom studio group and the official Discord for the next window; we track event news on this site’s events page as it breaks.
